The 3M PPS Mini Kit Lids & Liners is an innovative Paint Preparation System (PPS) that helps you save money and makes your job easier. The lids and liners ensure that you mix, filter and spray paint with minimal waste and maximum productivity. With a single cup to mix as well as paint, the system reduces the amount of paint consumption as well as risks of contamination. The closed system allows painters to spray at various angles without the fear of spilling. Unlike traditional methods, the PPS system ensures a reduction in solvent usage and the time taken to clean the paint gun. This improves the operator’s efficiency by as much as 15%.

What does this kit contain?

• 50 disposable lids with 200-micron filters
• 50 disposable liners
• 20 sealing plugs

You can use the cup with graduated measurement to 5 1/2 oz. ,with mix ratio film insert, sold separately,. The maximum capacity of each cup is six fl. oz. when filled to 1/8 inch of rim.

Traditional solvent-based paint or primer applications require 200-micron filters. The liner collapses as you dispense the paint to enable you to operate the spray gun easily and efficiently. The capped liner allows you to save and re-use unused expensive paint. With only a single pot for both mixing and spraying, you can now save up to 70% of cleaning solvent, reduce effort, and reduce the operator’s exposure to solvents.
