Fill pinholes, sand scratches, gouges and other little flaws with the SEM Bumper Bite Flexible Glaze, 20 oz. This smooth spreading formula dries fast enough and stays flexible for any alterations you want to make later. This two-component polyester filler provides a smooth, tack-free finish. It offers superior sanding properties as well.

You can use this light blue color putty on a range of automotive substrates. Use it for repairs on aluminum, fiberglass, SMC, most plastics and steel. It adheres well to surfaces and stays workable after repair. Available in a 20 oz. tube, the SEM Bumper Bite Flexible Glaze has a working time of 4-7 minutes and is sandable after 10-15 minutes of application.

How to use the SEM Bumper Bite Flexible Glaze, 20 oz

1. Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly using a suitable solvent. Rinse with water and allow it to dry. Sand the area to be filled with 80-180 grit sandpaper. Blow off and clean again with a good solvent.
2. Mixing: Knead container properly before dispensing. Blend together a ribbon of cream hardener with a golf ball sized amount of Bumper Bit Flexible Glaze.
3. Application: Use a spreader to apply the putty on the repair surface. Keep the film build to 1/8″. Leave the area to cure for about 10-15 minutes. Sand with 180 grit sandpaper. Follow the manufacturer’s instruction to finish the repair job.

Store the putty at temperatures of 40 – 80°F. Under normal conditions, it stays good for two years. It is advisable to wear eye, respiratory and skin protection when you deal with fillers and glazes. Use it in a properly ventilated area.
